On November 3, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement that the Ministry of Finance’s office memorandum dated October 31, 2022 mentioned that it accepted its application on October 27, 2022 to postpone the publication of the products originating in or imported from China, The recommendations of the final ruling of the anti-dumping investigations on solar cells and modules in Thailand and Vietnam (Solar Cells whether or not assembled into modules or panels) have been agreed to be extended to November 14, 2022, and will not be extended thereafter.
