182MM Large Cell Tech
The increase of solar cell size is the trendy in photovoltaic industry. On the manufacturing side, large-size solar cell can increase the output of solar cells and solar panels, thereby reducing production costs per watt; on the product side, large-size solar cell can effectively increase the power of the solar panel, which can be improved by optimizing the design of solar cells and panels to achieve higher efficiency; On the system side, as the power and efficiency of solar panel increase, large-size solar panel can reduce the cost of brackets, combiner boxes, cables, and land, thereby decrease the cost of a single-watt system.
Multi-Busbar Tech
The obvious advantages of multi-busbar technology is reducing power loss. If 182mm solar cell uses conventional 5BB technology, the resistance loss of the current flowing in the cell and the resistance loss of the interconnection bar will be greatly increased. If the multi-busbar is used, the MBB design significantly shortens the path of current transmission to the main busbar line. The overall resistance of the cell is reduced and the distribution is more uniform.
